My massage style is slow, restorative, and calming. I focus on regulating the nervous system to help you reconnect to a sense of safety and calm. In a world that moves fast, my goal is to help you slow down.

I became a nurse because I care about people.
After years in a high-stress medical setting, I saw how deeply stress impacts our bodies — and I felt it myself. I knew I wanted to create a different kind of care. Preventative. Restorative. Rooted in alignment with my own wellness values.
Massage and yoga allow me to support you in a more holistic way — calming the nervous system and reconnecting you with your body.
